January 5, 2012 - Club Meeting
Thanks to everyone for coming out for our first meeting of the New Year. Hope everyone had a Happy New Year!!
We had 22 Z cars in attendance tonight and there were new faces amongst them. Maybe we will get some new members
Fortunately, the weather was not too cold at all and there was no wind to speak of.
As usual, Charles Park from PowerTrix drove up from San Diego. Saw some lucky guy walking
away with a new set of front and rear strut tower bars. Charles' products are top notch and we always appreciate him attending our meetings.
Thanks to everyone who patronized Denny's this evening. I'm sure they appreciate the business and it helps keep our good standing with them.
Our next club event is the 6th Annual Avocado Cruise. We usually meet at Denny's around 10am and caravan to Pala Casino for
lunch.
Annual Dues:
Annual club dues are $35 ($10.00 for Associate) and the period runs March 09 through March 10.
Officer Elections:
It will also be time to elect our club officers. Any club member is welcome to run for office. Available positions:
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
Sergeant At Arms
If no one runs against any of the positions, the current officers will be defacto re-elected for another one (1) year term.
Hope to see everyone at next month's meeting, Feb 2nd.
