CONSENT TO ACTION WITHOUT A MEETING OF THE DIRECTORS
ELECTING/APPOINTING ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS OF EMPIRE Z
In accordance with the provisions of California Nonprofit Corporation Law, Ronald C. Zurek, being the Corporation’s sole and only Director, and,
therefore constituting a unanimous quorum, hereby consents to the following action and has unanimously:
RESOLVED, that the following named persons:
Chris Reeves
Chuck Thacker
Rick Nigrette
Ronald C. Zurek
Tony Dighera
are hereby appointed Directors of the Corporation, each to serve until his successor is duly elected and qualfied.
