I know a guy out here in fontana who has a lot of experience working on Z32s, including swaps. I think its about $4 to $5K for a full conversion with stock 300HP. He did a car for a guy out here and it came to about $10K with 550rwhp. If you're interested drop me an email. Good luck!
PS some say its cheaper to sell an NA and buy a TT and rebuild that. But there are a lot of factors and every case is different. And there's always that emotional attachment to one's Z.

flames_z32 I'd like to kno more info on the N/A to TT conversion. Im looking into doing the swap but I don't kno anyone who could do it out here in socal. Thanks in advance
