Dear Empire Z Members,

We would like to thank everyone who came out to the meet on September 4. We had a record 35 Zs throughout the night!!! Many new faces from SoCalZ and great to have long-time supporters like Big Mike, Dustin, and Charles still coming out after 10+ years!

Car Show - Empire Z's 8th Annual Car Show will be on October 11 at Nissan of San Bernardino. Registration is open - Please help spread the word!!! Show Girls - We are looking for 2 show girls to help with pictures and handing out trophies. If you know anyone who might be willing, please reply. It would be a nice addition to the show.

ZCSD - Thanks to our friends from ZCSD for letting me stop by their meeting on Sept. 2 and plug our car show. They had around 15 Zs in the lot and 30 people in the meeting. I posted a few pics at https://www.facebook.com/InlandEmpireZ
ZCSD will have a booth at our show and will be selling leftover shirts and posters from ZCON.

Trivia - Congratulations to Edgar F. who received a cool issue of Nissan Sport featuring 240Z #13 for answering our question about how old Mr. K, who is known as the Father of the Z, will be on September 15.
Answer: 105 - Wow!

Empire Z Calendar - Thanks to the people who submitted photos. Even if you did not submit pics, there is a good chance you will find your car somewhere in the calendar. I went through my pics and tried to include as many as possible. The calendar is currently being printed and will be available at our next meeting for $10.

I think at one point Mike put 40,000 miles on his Roadster in 12 months going to events, the track, and lots of twisty roads - Rock on!
