I have an extra l28 non turbo, that is in my parts car, but this is my problem. My current motor just got a rebuilt head put on and now I believe the bottom end is going out. Smells like gas in the radiator.
So im tight on cash just like everyone else, so I was wondering if anyone could work with me on this one or maybe know someone who could help me.
If someone could rebuild my extra motor and use the head that is on my current one when time comes to put it. So mainly I would need to find someone who would be able to take payments for the work. Ths is kind of a long shot, but needed to ask.

did you use the old headgasket or did you get a new one when you put the rebuilt head on?
